CPI Aerostructures to Report 2012 Third Quarter Financial Results and Conduct Conference Call on Friday, November 9th

CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE MKT: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 on Friday, November 9, 2012 prior to the opening of the stock market. CPI Aero’s President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 493-6739. Of note, due to severe weather conditions, CPI Aero’s results will be released two days later than originally scheduled. The rescheduling will provide the Company’s auditors with the time needed to complete their work. Although CPI Aero did not suffer any damage from the storm and did not lose power, to ensure employee safety, the Company closed its facility for two days – October 29th and 30th. As of October 31st, CPI Aero is operating under normal conditions.
