Graco Introduces the ExactaBlend Advanced Glazing Proportioner for Sealants and Adhesives

Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG) announced today that it is introducing the ExactaBlend™ AGP Advanced Glazing Proportioner. The ExactaBlend AGP is designed to solve the inherent challenges of on-ratio mixing for silicones that are often used in manufacturing curtainwall and insulating glass. The ExactaBlend AGP system provides optimal mixing and on-ratio proportioning capabilities that increase quality assurance of the final product. The system’s real-time ratio assurance also reduces material waste because the system automatically shuts down if off-ratio conditions occur.

With ExactaBlend’s optional data reporting capabilities, window manufacturers can track key information such as ratio, material usage, flow rate, alarm events and system errors.
