David Coulter Appointed to Tiedemann Wealth Management Investment Committee

Tiedemann Wealth Management announced today that David Coulter, Vice Chairman at Warburg Pincus, will serve as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Coulter will play an active role in advising the Firm on investment strategies, allocation and manager selection.

Mr. Coulter joined Warburg Pincus in November 2005 and currently serves as Vice Chairman, Managing Director, and a member of the Firm’s executive management group. From 2000 to 2005, he held a series of positions at JPMorgan Chase serving as Vice Chairman and a Member of the Office of the Chairman. From 2000 to 2002, he was responsible for the firm’s Consumer and Middle Market divisions, as well as its Asset Management and Private Banking activities. From 2003 to 2005, he oversaw its Global Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Private Equity businesses.

Prior to his tenure at JPMorgan Chase, Mr. Coulter was the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of BankAmerica Corporation from 1995 to 1998. His career at BankAmerica spanned from 1976 to 1998.
