Physicians Realty Trust Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Announces Date for Fourth Quarter and Year End 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Trustees has authorized and the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share for the quarter ending December 31, 2015.

John T. Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We are pleased to announce and declare our tenth consecutive quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share. We continued our growth and strong operating results in the fourth quarter of 2015, producing strong cash flows and this dividend for our shareholders. Our hard work in 2015 continued our vision of building a great long term company for the benefit of our shareholders and other stakeholders. The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2016, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on January 15, 2016.

The Company announced it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year to date ended December 31, 2015, before the market opens on February 29, 2016, and will hold a conference call on this day at 10:00 a.m. ET to discuss the financial results and provide a company update.
