Physicians Realty Trust Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Announces Date for First Quarter 2016 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Trustees has authorized and the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2016.

John T. Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We are pleased to announce and declare our eleventh consecutive quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share. We continued our growth and strong operating results during the first quarter as we build and manage our excellent medical office platform. We look forward to discussing with you in our earnings release and conference call in May.”

The dividend will be payable on April 18, 2016, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on April 1, 2016.
