Physicians Realty Trust Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Announces Date for Third Quarter 2016 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Trustees has authorized and the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2016.

“Today we announce the 13th consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid by Physicians Realty Trust from the cash flows produced by our large stable portfolio of medical office facilities with industry leading occupancy. We believe our Medical Office facilities, operating team, and strong balance sheet position us to continue to generate reliable results for years to come. We look forward to discussing our third quarter 2016 results in November.” said John T. Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer.

The dividend will be payable on October 18, 2016, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on October 6, 2016.
