Plano's Monogram Residential acquired by Greystar-led investment fund

Plano-based Monogram Residential Trust Inc. (NYSE: MORE) has been acquired by a real estate fund led by Greystar Real Estate Partners, which makes way for the new entity to become a global leader in the industry. The company stopped trading at the close of business on Wednesday.
