Howard Hughes sues contractor over alleged construction defects at Honolulu tower

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports the lawsuit, filed in 1st Circuit Court in Honolulu Tuesday, seeks damages in “excess of $75 million” for deficiencies and alleges the building isn’t finished.
