San Francisco sued by ‘historic laundromat’ owner for delayed construction of 8-story tower

Landowner Robert Tillman filed a lawsuit against the city of San Francisco on Monday, after five years of trying to build an 8-story apartment building in San Francisco's Mission District atop a laundromat the city has dubbed “historic.”
