Report: Joe Biden mulling Stacey Abrams as 2020 running mate

Advisers to former Vice President Joe Biden are considering 2018 Georgia Democratic gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams as a potential candidate for vice president on a Biden ticket, the political news website Axios reported Thursday.
