Physicians Realty Trust VP of Asset Management Elected Vice Chairperson of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) is proud to share that our Vice President of Asset Management, Mark Dukes, BOMA Fellow, RPA, CCIM, was elected Vice Chair of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International as voted upon by their Board of Governors. The election results were announced on Sunday, June 23 during the 2019 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Salt Lake City, held June 22-25, 2019.

Mr. Dukes is responsible for overseeing the asset management team for Physicians Realty Trust’s healthcare real estate portfolio, located in 30 states. His core responsibilities include asset and property management, client relations, and customer satisfaction.

Dukes’ BOMA service includes election to the BOMA International Executive Committee in 2017. In 2018, he was named a BOMA Fellow, one of BOMA International’s highest honors. Mr. Dukes is a long-time member of BOMA International and has held numerous leadership positions in his local association, BOMA Georgia, including serving as its President in 2015. He has been honored with two prestigious awards: the 2016 BOMA Georgia Huey Award and the 2016 BOMA Southern Region Member of the Year Award.
