Feds told Herbivorous Butcher 'No' on trademark, but gave it to Nestlé

Herbivorous Butcher, the vegan deli and specialty food shop in Northeast Minneapolis, is squaring off with food giant Nestlé over the rights to the phrase "The Vegan Butcher."
