City wants Texas Live-type retail draw at Mid-South Fairgrounds

"We had been describing Texas Live! before we knew what it was. And then, after the [Memphis Tigers' trip to the Cotton Bowl], we were like, 'This is exactly what we've been trying to say,'" said Paul Young, director of the City of Memphis HCD, about plans for the Mid-South Fairgrounds.
