City rebrands Fairgrounds redevelopment, signs LOI with hotel developer

The future of the Mid-South Fairgrounds redevelopment got a lot clearer, with a delivery date for the $40M youth sports complex, a new letter of intent for a 120-room hotel, and a new name: Liberty Park.
