Mazza Gallerie mall in Northwest D.C. sold at auction

Alex Cooper Auctioneers was retained to sell the Friendship Heights retail center at 5300 Wisconsin Ave. after affiliates of Ashkenazy allegedly defaulted on $67.1 million in loans they took out to acquire the property in 2017.
