Jon has 30 years' experience growing and managing businesses through downcycles, mentoring and building high performing executive teams and advising businesses on strategy, process, technology and exits. Prior to FocalPoint, Jon was a senior executive at SaaS and Services companies such as Trimble, Ceridian and GE, where he helped drive significant growth and transformation.  Jon led P&Ls and strategy, product management, development, marketing, sales, and operations functions. Prior to that, Jon was a mergers and acquisitions investment banker advising small software companies and he was also a management consultant.

Jon received his MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and also earned his BA in Math from Northwestern University.
