Vermont man charged with murdering mom at sea over inheritance money after boat sank off Rhode Island coast

Nathan Carman was arrested Tuesday and charged with murder and fraud-related offenses after his mother never returned from a 2016 fishing trip they departed on together from a Rhode Island marina.
