Missouri transportation officials present I-70 expansion roadmap to lawmakers

“This time next year,” construction will begin on a 20-mile stretch of Interstate 70 in Missouri that runs from U.S. 63 in Columbia to Kingdom City, Missouri Department of Transportation officials told state lawmakers at a committee hearing Wednesday.
