Representatives from Cadence Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) will celebrate the completion and dedication of two new residential buildings at Renewal Ranch, a faith-based residential addiction recovery program for men ages 21 and older. Located on Renewal Ranch’s Houston, Arkansas, campus, the new apartments will house participants promoted to the final phase of the rehabilitation program, replacing apartments located several miles away in Conway, Arkansas.
FHLB Dallas provided a $750,000 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) subsidy through its member, Cadence Bank. AHP funds are awarded through FHLB Dallas member institutions to assist members in financing the purchase, construction and/or rehabilitation of owner-occupied, rental or transitional housing. The new facilities will provide housing for 40 men who are overcoming substance abuse issues.
