Laser Photonics Roadshow Takes Laser Solutions Where Needed Most

LPC Team Visits Prospective Clients To Boost Brand Recognition & Laser Technology Awareness, Garners $1.1 Million in Prospective Orders

Laser Photonics Corporation (LPC) (NASDAQ: LASE), a leading global industrial developer of laser systems for laser cleaning and other material processing applications, announces the results of its Product Roadshow that spanned eight cities in four states. The roadshow involved detailed product demonstrations, panel discussions, distribution of marketing materials, Q&A sessions on industry trends, ESG benefits and value propositions to help prospective clients discover how LPC's laser systems can resolve their needs. The company expects the program to result in at least $1.1 million in sales this year.

"When prospective customers want to try out our products, they either ship us samples to be processed at our facilities, visit our Customer Experience Center in person, or stop by our booth at a trade show," said Wayne Tupuola, CEO of Laser Photonics. "However, in circumstances where none of those is an option, we bring our laser systems directly to the customer for an in-person demonstration. We take pride in our flexibility to provide that extra level of service when and where it is most needed."

This group of "extra service required" prospects included one of America's largest bus manufacturers, seeking a solution to remove a 3⁄4-inch-thick body paint coating. Also among them was a prominent naval organization grappling with challenging metal corrosion issues, one of the largest wire and cable manufacturers in the U.S., a leading steel and steel products producer and recycler in the country, a well-known commercial vehicle manufacturer, a €7 billion railroad rolling stock and related products manufacturer, one of America's major producers of cast iron and plastic pipes and fittings, and one of the top manufacturers of trailers, truck bodies, and equipment in the nation.

To showcase the effectiveness of laser technology in tackling the heavy industrial challenges of this Fortune 1000-level group of companies, the LPC team demonstrated its high-power dual-axis roughening class CleanTech Handheld LPC-2000-CTHD. Catering to the unique requirements of each company visited, the Roadshow Team highlighted LPC's suite of handheld laser cleaning systems designed for various applications, as well as its compact cleaning lasers featuring mobile connectivity and overheat protection.

Many of the major companies visited had used sandblasting and were eager to implement a solution that was safer for the operators and the environment. One company used ultrasonic cleaning. Conducting onsite analysis yielded two significant benefits. Firstly, it granted precise insight into each potential buyer's specific needs and challenges. Secondly, it allowed for a deeper understanding of the companies' plans for customization and upgrades, which would have been difficult to grasp without firsthand observation.

"Our team could identify not only the exact laser equipment needs and custom requirements for these companies, but they could also discuss additional laser solutions that will improve industrial and other MRO processes far beyond cleaning," Tupuola said. "Looking forward, because we have built connections in person rather than virtually, the dialogue will flow better since everyone is on the same page."

Face-to-face meetings with our Roadshow Team provided company decision-makers with a clear understanding of modern laser technology's benefits over traditional sandblasting, which is more costly and less effective. By experiencing our demonstrations, they could directly observe the superiority of our advanced LPC processes. This hands-on comparison made it evident that adopting our innovative technology would give them a competitive edge, making progress both quicker and simpler.

Post-roadshow feedback from the companies was uniformly positive. Based on participant evaluations, they were satisfied with the knowledge gained, the solutions proposed, and the next steps to be taken. They consistently reported a 'mind-blowing experience' as their takeaway.
