Accuhealth and Signallamp Health, both leading healthcare technology companies, announced their merger, funded by an additional investment from Sunstone Partners. The combination of the two companies creates a full suite of high-quality remote care offerings, including remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) services to physician practices and health systems.

Signallamp Health, headquartered in Scranton, PA, is a leading healthcare company that helps hospitals and health systems Take Care Further™, with remote Chronic Care Management that maximizes patient engagement to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction and reduce the overall cost of care.
