Distribution for 2Q 2026

The Partnership announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended June 30, 2026, of US$ 0.075 per common unit.

This cash distribution will be paid on August 13, 2026, to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2026.

This distribution reflects the Partnership’s belief, as outlined on May 28, 2026, that the combination of accretive dropdowns and improvements from rechartering should support multiple, gradual distribution increases over the coming quarters and years.
