Arif Gangji, founder and CEO of Neon Rain, a Denver web design and development agency with over two decades of experience, has been named Chair of the Board of Directors of Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career (RMP), a 501(c)3 collective impact organization dedicated to economic and social mobility across Colorado's North Metro region. This milestone marks the completion of his third year of service on the RMP Board of Directors.
Founded in 2002, Neon Rain has grown into one of Denver's most established web design companies, serving small businesses, school districts, universities, governmental organizations, and Fortune 500 companies with custom website design, WordPress development, custom software development, CMS migration services, AI strategy and integration, and workflow automation solutions. Gangji's leadership at Neon Rain, built on a philosophy of thoughtful problem-solving, long-term client relationships, and technical excellence, is reflected in his deepening commitment to RMP's mission.
Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career brings together civic leaders and cross-sector stakeholders committed to building a thriving North Metro region in Colorado. Executive Director Lisandra Gonzales describes the organization's driving purpose: "As a unified force of community members and stakeholders from diverse sectors, the Rocky Mountain Partnership is working to forge an inclusive and thriving North Metro Region. Driven by a collective vision, we embark on innovative projects, working together to embrace inclusive talent and ensure that no untapped potential is left behind."
Gonzales also spoke directly to why Gangji's elevation to board chair is a natural fit: "Arif's contributions as an innovative thinker and visionary business entrepreneur are critical in supporting the sustainability of our team and collective work."

As Board Chair, Gangji will help guide RMP's strategic direction alongside a dedicated board and leadership team, supporting the organization's ambitious goal of placing 71,000 children and young people on a path to economic and social mobility by 2030. Having committed to another term, Gangji looks forward to continuing the work the board has built together. RMP operates as part of the nationally recognized StriveTogether network, applying a data-driven collective impact framework to drive lasting community change across the region.
For Gangji, the work is personal. "When young people have fewer obstacles in their path to education and opportunity, everyone benefits," he said. "The community gets stronger, and the people directly helped get a real shot at building something for themselves, their families, and their communities.”
As the web design industry continues to evolve, Neon Rain has grown alongside it, expanding beyond traditional Denver website design into AI integration and workflow automation. With more than 20 years of serving Denver businesses and organizations of all sizes, Neon Rain remains committed to building solutions that drive real, lasting impact.
