With this promotion, Flores continues to lead branch accounting teams and financial processes, while also supporting operations and business priorities. Since joining Associa Mexico in 2021 as accounting manager, Flores has built a strong record of leadership across finance and operations. Her ability to bring structure, collaboration and strategic focus to key business functions led to her promotion to finance director, where she played an integral role in supporting operational efficiency and financial discipline.
