Seasoned private equity professional from The Gores Group expands M&A capabilities

(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Tartavull Klein Capital, LLC (“TK/C or the “Firm”), a private investment firm focused on acquiring small to middle market companies, is pleased to announce that private equity professional, Angela Blatteis, has joined the firm as Partner, to lead mergers & acquisitions and fundraising.
Angela has spent a combined three decades in investment banking and private equity and six years founding and operating a startup in the food, health and wellness space. As a Partner at The Gores Group, and one of three leads in acquisitions, she was instrumental in the closing of Gores Group Fund I as well as the $300 million Gores Small Cap Fund. During her years at The Gores Group, Angela led the search, diligence, negotiation, acquisition, structuring and sale of over 50 transactions in telecom, software, business services and consumer product related companies.
