Financial & AI Layer 1 Pharos Network today announced the launch of the Axil Prime Credit Vault (APC), a fully onchain institutional private credit strategy that opens an asset class historically gated to institutions to a broader base of onchain depositors. Distributed through leading platforms including OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, the vault targets a yield of up to ~14.3% APY and is capped at $100 million USDC.

Real yield, real credit

The Axil Prime Credit Vault provides exposure to a diversified private credit portfolio sourced through institutional-grade infrastructure. Its target yield is composed of approximately 11.3% from the underlying private credit portfolio, plus approximately 3% in $PROS, Pharos native coin, ecosystem incentives from Pharos, a return profile linked to real-world credit markets rather than crypto-native emissions or speculative trading.

The vault is a 100% Axil-managed strategy deployed through R25 Protocol on Pharos, structured across Pharos serves as the distribution and settlement layer, providing access for RealFi users; Axil acts as credit manager and vault operator, responsible for portfolio construction and credit strategy; R25 provides the real-world asset infrastructure connecting onchain capital to off-chain credit.

Built for access

APC follows the success of Pharos' earlier pAlpha Vault. Also centered on real yield, pAlpha vault operated securely throughout its lifecycle with no security incidents. APC is built on the same rigorous risk-management and operational standards, extending that proven framework into private credit.

Depositors can fund the three-month vault using either Pharos-native USDC powered by Circle or assets bridged from Ethereum, lowering the friction for capital across networks. APC reaches depositors through leading industry platforms, with distribution confirmed via OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, extending the vault's reach to qualified users well beyond any single ecosystem.

Access opens to the public on July 15, with capacity limited to $100 million USDC. Under the vault's "deposit earlier, earn longer" structure, depositors who join sooner accrue more yield-bearing days before the lock-up period begins.
