New Age Alpha Trust announced today the impending closure and liquidation of the AVDR US LargeCap Leading ETF (CBOE: AVDR) and the AVDR US LargeCap ESG ETF (CBOE: AVDG). The New Age Alpha Trust Board of Trustees approved the closing and subsequent liquidation of AVDR and AVDG. Each Fund’s last day of trading will be July 11, 2022, which will also be the final day for creations or redemptions by authorized participants. Each Fund will cease operations, withdraw its assets, and distribute the remaining proceeds to shareholders on July 18, 2022.
