Positive Physicians Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQX: PPHI), the holding company of Positive Physicians Insurance Company and Positive Professionals Management LLC, today announced the promotion of Mr. Brian J. Durkin to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Durkin will also continue to serve as Treasurer. Mark J. Keyser had been serving as the Company’s Interim CFO and is expected to remain with the Company in a consulting role. This appointment was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on August 15, 2022.

Mr. Durkin has over 16 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry. He recently served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company as Controller in December 2020, he served in various roles during his 8-year tenure at Chubb, including his last assignment as Assistant Vice President, Financial Reporting. Mr. Durkin is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University.
