Integrated Dermatology, the country’s largest independent dermatology provider, has appointed Nicholas Anguish to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 1, 2026. As part of a planned transition, Anguish will succeed outgoing CEO Tushar Ramani, MD, who will remain an active board member.

Anguish joined Integrated Dermatology as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2024, and quickly ascended to president in 2025, where he focused on driving operational efficiency and growth. In his new role, he will continue expanding the national network of practices and guiding the company’s strategic direction.

“Nicholas has a deep understanding of what makes Integrated Dermatology successful — our partners, providers and staff, and our commitment to preserving the independence of private practice,” said Jeff Queen, co-founder of Integrated Dermatology. “We’re confident he’s the right leader to guide Integrated Dermatology through its next phase of growth.”

Andrew Queen, co-founder of Integrated Dermatology, added, “A strong partnership starts with listening to physicians and understanding what they need to deliver exceptional patient care. Nicholas brings that mindset to his leadership, and I’m excited to see him strengthen the support we provide to our partners, help more patients access high-quality dermatologic care, and make a positive difference in the communities we serve.”

Anguish began his career as a certified public accountant at RSM US LLP, which eventually led to his tenure as Division CFO at EyeCare Partners, where he managed financial operations for this multi-billion-dollar healthcare organization with more than 1,000 providers and 700 clinical and surgical locations.

“I’m honored to step into this role and continue building on Integrated Dermatology’s strong foundation,” said Anguish. “As we continue to grow, my priorities will be supporting our dermatology partners and providers, preserving their clinical autonomy, and providing the infrastructure they need to thrive.”
