Mobix Labs Expands Presence Inside F-22 Raptor with 5X Order Surge for Mission-Critical Aircraft Systems

Mobix Labs, Inc. (“Mobix Labs” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: MOBX) today announced a significant expansion of its role supplying mission-critical components for the F-22 Raptor fighter jet program — one of the most advanced and actively deployed U.S. air superiority platforms operating globally to protect American and allied forces.

The Company has secured new and increased orders from two F-22 subcontractors, including a newly established customer relationship and expanded business with a long-standing partner. These orders represent approximately a five-fold increase over Mobix Labs’ prior activity supporting the F-22 program.

Critical Components Supporting a Frontline Combat Aircraft

The F-22 Raptor is widely recognized as a cornerstone of U.S. air dominance and continues to be actively deployed in support of global defense operations. Built for high-performance missions in complex and contested environments, the platform depends on highly reliable electronic systems to operate effectively.

Mobix Labs supplies specialized filtered connector components designed to protect sensitive onboard electronics from electromagnetic interference (EMI), helping ensure stable and uninterrupted system performance. These components play a critical role within the aircraft’s electronic infrastructure, supporting reliable operation in environments where system failure is not an option.

Production Underway as Mobix Gains Momentum in the F-22 Supply Chain

Production is currently underway, with shipments expected to begin in 2026, as Mobix Labs expands its role in the F-22 supply chain through a new customer win and increased orders from an existing partner. The expanded activity signals increasing demand for the Company’s high-reliability solutions supporting advanced fighter aircraft. As these platforms become more electronically complex, the need for dependable signal integrity and component-level performance continues to grow, positioning Mobix Labs to support high-priority defense programs where reliability, durability, and execution matter.

Building Momentum Across Defense Platforms

“This expansion reflects increasing demand for high-reliability component solutions supporting active defense platforms,” said Phil Sansone, CEO of Mobix Labs. “We are focused on executing in areas where our technology supports critical system performance and where reliability directly impacts mission success.”

The F-22 program expansion builds on Mobix Labs’ growing presence across defense and aerospace markets, including ongoing production supporting Gulfstream platforms and participation in next-generation anti-drone and smart munitions initiatives.

Positioned Inside the Next Generation of Defense Systems

As defense platforms evolve toward greater electronic complexity and real-time operational demands, the need for robust, high-performance component solutions continues to grow.

Mobix Labs is strategically positioned within this shift — supplying technologies that support the systems operating at the core of modern military capability.
