Mike is a veteran in the software development and consulting services industries. Mike started in the ERP software market in 1995 with a startup that developed the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system. Subsequently, he founded the higher education consulting practice for Ciber, Inc. Over his 21 years of service, Ciber became a well-known and well-respected leader in the PeopleSoft and Oracle ERP market with over 25% market share. During his tenure, he was appointed Ciber’s Global Oracle Vice President and led efforts to extend solutions into international markets as both a system integrator and software reseller.
Mr. Dillon joins ElastiForce after subsequent executive leadership roles as a Partner at PwC and more recently a Managing Director at Deloitte. Mike’s expertise and success in these roles positions him perfectly to drive growth with emerging technologies in new markets. He has a proven track record of developing and maturing software and services organizations.

Mr. Schneider has built multiple companies in the Oracle ERP consulting, software and healthcare markets. He has led successful buyouts to both Fortune 1000 and private equity firms alike. Mr. Schneider will assume the Chief Sales Officer position overseeing the Sales and Marketing for the organization.
Mr. Siddhan brings a proven track record spanning over two decades, starting in 2001, cultivating success in software development, consulting, and managing service organizations. He is joining as a Partner and will be driving all facets of our consulting and software development endeavors.
