The new desk will guide UK and European clients through the company formation process in the UAE, including business structure selection, licensing, incorporation, and ongoing compliance. G12 will also support entrepreneurs exploring offshore company formation where such a structure is appropriate for their objectives and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
