Alliant Insurance Services Earns Insurance Business America’s 5-Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award for Third Consecutive Year

Award recognizes companies within the insurance industry that demonstrate outstanding commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion

Alliant Insurance Services is honored to once again receive Insurance Business America’s prestigious 5‑Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Award. This marks the third consecutive year that Alliant has received this recognition, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to advancing DE&I within its organization and industry.

To identify the most effective DE&I programs, the Insurance Business America research team invited firms to share their DE&I initiatives from the past 12 months, conducted one-on-one interviews with DE&I professionals to determine which companies met or exceeded expectations, and contacted the companies’ employees to gauge the effectiveness of the programs. Companies scoring 4.0 or higher on a scale of 1 to 5 were recognized as 5-Star DE&I programs.
