The GEM Vision uses laser technology and a custom-built interface to deliver the most accurate volumetric measuring in the industry. No bucket counting, no overfills, no guesswork. Just numbers you can count on.

“The GEM Vision offers a higher accuracy level because of the use of a dynamic belt scan,” said Jerry Everett, the process technology manager at Colorbiotics. “It has built-in filters for vibration, reflection and other contamination that can happen on a conveyor belt system, and it accounts for inconsistent flow when there are gaps across the belt.”

All production data is accessible on the control panel included with the system and remotely on connected devices — an operator does not need to leave the loader. Batch control automates aggregate flows to provide real-time tracking for inventory management or truck loads.
