Ivy Technology, a portfolio company of Staple Street Capital that provides technology lifecycle services and infrastructure solutions, today announced the acquisition of ISP Tek Services LLC, an IT asset disposition provider, from Close the Loop (ASX: CLG). This strategic acquisition expands Ivy’s IT asset disposition capabilities, adding secure asset recovery, refurbishment, and resale services while extending Ivy’s operational footprint into Mexico.
