After proudly serving the Frisco community for years, Uncle Julio’s has announced that its Frisco location will officially close on May 14, 2026.

Since opening its doors, Uncle Julio’s Frisco has been honored to serve as a gathering place for celebrations, family dinners, happy hours, birthdays, and countless memorable moments shared with guests throughout the community. The restaurant has also proudly supported local schools, organizations, team members, and community initiatives over the years.

While the company explored every opportunity to continue operating at the location, the closure ultimately follows unresolved lease-related matters with the property. The decision was not made lightly, and the brand remains deeply appreciative of the loyal guest base that made the restaurant part of their traditions for so many years.

Uncle Julio’s also shared that all Frisco loyalty members will receive a complimentary fajitas for one offer redeemable at participating nearby DFW locations as a thank you for their years of support. The brand looks forward to continuing to serve many Frisco guests at its Allen location, the closest restaurant serving the North Frisco community.

Uncle Julio’s looks forward to continuing to welcome guests at its nearby DFW locations, including Allen, Keller Springs, Grapevine, Arlington, and Dallas, Fort Worth, where guests can continue to enjoy the same made-from-scratch favorites, signature margaritas, and hospitality the brand is known for.
