U.S. Physical Therapy Announces the Acquisition of a Twelve-Clinic Physical Therapy Practice

U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (“USPH” or the “Company”) (NYSE, NYSE Texas: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, today announced the acquisition of a twelve-clinic physical therapy practice, effective July 1, 2026. USPH acquired a 67% equity interest, with 33% retained by the current owners. The practice currently generates approximately 112,000 annual visits and $12 million in annual revenue.
