Highlights 2025 performance and actions advancing 2040 net-zero commitment

The report provides an overview of the Company’s approach to environmental stewardship, its commitment to building a talented and engaged workforce and the governance framework supporting responsible business practices and long-term value creation.

In 2025, Onterris made accelerated progress toward its Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)-validated commitment to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its value chain by 2040. The Company reports a 31% reduction in its combined Scope 1 and market-based Scope 2 GHG emissions from its 2022 base year, moving closer to its 2030 near-term target of 42% reduction. The Company also surpassed its 2030 Scope 3 GHG emissions reduction target of 42%, reporting a 52% reduction in targeted emissions from its 2022 base year. Additional 2025 highlights include:

• Procuring renewable energy equivalent to 46% of purchased electricity in the U.S., supporting the transition to a lower-carbon economy.
• Reducing vehicle-related fuel use through fleet optimization, contributing to a 21% reduction in gasoline and diesel consumption from 2024.
• Completing a climate risk assessment aligned with TCFD recommendations to strengthen long-term business resilience.
• Expanding employee development programs, improving employee retention and deploying new fleet telematics technology to support safer driving and injury prevention.
• Continuing strong Board oversight of sustainability and strengthening governance practices that promote accountability and transparency.
