Former TCW and Goldman Sachs marketing executive brings in-house product marketing, media expertise and industry relationships to Hewes clients

Hewes, a premier public relations and communications firm that works with asset managers, ETF issuers, wealth managers and related financial services firms, has named Julia Stoll Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth. Stoll, who has worked as a marketing executive at some of the industry's leading asset managers and in media and PR, is based in Los Angeles and reports to Managing Partners Tyler Bradford and Steve Schaefer.

At Hewes, Stoll will work across client teams to bring together earned media, thought leadership, social and digital strategy, paid activation consulting, and industry relationships into integrated programs that optimize client visibility, reach and positioning. For more than 30 years, the Hewes team has elevated visibility and influence among investors, financial advisors and institutional asset allocators. Stoll's expertise and experience complement and expand this core capability.

Stoll joins Hewes from TCW, where she was Vice President, Public Product Marketing, leading marketing strategy for the firm's global public product suite, including ETFs, mutual funds, UCITS and separately managed accounts. Previously, as Vice President, Marketing, at Goldman Sachs, she advised asset managers launching ETFs through the Goldman Sachs ETF Accelerator platform on positioning, branding and go-to-market strategy. Earlier in her career, Stoll worked at Craft & Capital, supporting investment management clients across media relations, communications strategy and business development. She previously served as Director of Client Relations at ETF Trends, now VettaFi.

Stoll holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Boston University and serves on the Southern California Chapter Leadership Committee of Women in ETFs.
