ZONVEER Launches DX1 and ZX3 Electric Dirt Bikes in the U.S., Targeting Entry-Level and Progression Riders

Two new models designed around skill progression and real-world off-road use arrive as demand for lightweight electric platforms accelerates nationwide.

LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESS Newswire / March 31, 2026 / ZONVEER has officially launched its DX1 and ZX3 electric dirt bikes in the United States, introducing two models built around skill progression and real-world off-road use. As demand shifts toward quieter, lower-maintenance riding platforms, the company is positioning its lineup to serve both new and experienced riders entering the category.

The rise of electric dirt bikes in the U.S. has moved well beyond early-adopter novelty. Lightweight off-road platforms are gaining traction for a simple reason: they work. With instant torque, reduced maintenance, and quieter operation, they are emerging as practical solutions for trail riding, private land use, and skill development-particularly among younger riders and families seeking a controlled entry point into off-road mobility.

ZONVEER enters this growing segment with a clear philosophy: design around how riders actually engage with the category-controlled environments, gradual progression, and real-world usability-rather than chasing peak specifications or aggressive performance claims.

"Riders aren't just looking for raw power-they're looking for a more approachable way to enter off-road riding," said Leven, CEO at ZONVEER. "The DX1 and ZX3 were designed to support that progression, from first-time riders to more experienced users."

DX1: A Training-Oriented Platform for New Riders

Designed for younger and entry-level riders, the DX1 avoids typical beginner-bike compromises by incorporating construction elements more commonly found in full-size off-road machines. Its lightweight platform is powered by a 3000W motor delivering approximately 278Nm of torque-optimized for low-speed control and training scenarios rather than outright speed-with top speeds up to 40 mph and a 48V 20.8Ah battery supporting 30-40 miles of riding per charge.

A reinforced frame, oversized suspension, and tuned throttle response position the DX1 less as a recreational product and more as a structured training platform, allowing riders to build core skills-throttle control, balance, and terrain awareness-in controlled environments.

ZX3: Progressive Power for Experienced Riders

Built on a larger platform for more experienced riders, the ZX3 delivers around 2800W of power with approximately 110Nm of torque, reaching speeds near 37 mph and offering a range of 45-65 miles from its 48V 25Ah battery. While the DX1 emphasizes high torque for low-speed responsiveness, the ZX3 is tuned for smoother, more progressive power delivery across varied terrain-supporting everything from weekend trail exploration to hybrid urban-to-off-road use.

"This category is evolving beyond niche enthusiasts," Dylan added. "Families, younger riders, and new entrants are shaping how these products are designed and used. We built our lineup to reflect that reality."

As electric dirt bikes establish themselves as a distinct category-defined not by comparison to gas-powered motorcycles or traditional e-bikes, but by how and where people actually ride-ZONVEER plans to expand its lineup and rider support ecosystem throughout 2026, with a continued focus on accessibility, training resources, and long-term category adoption.

Availability

The DX1 and ZX3 are now available in the United States via zonveermoto.com. $1,299 and $1799. A limited-time $200 promotional discount is available for early customers with code ZONVEEROFF.
