WFA’s Jody Bluitt Named to the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce 40 Under Forty Class of 2022 Honorees

WFA congratulates Jody Bluitt for receiving recognition from the Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana for his exceptional service to the community.

WFA (formerly Williams Financial Advisors), a service-oriented, innovative wealth management organization, is proud to announce that Partner & Wealth Advisor, Jody Bluitt, has been named to the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce 40 Under Forty Class of 2022. 40 Under Forty Awards honors forty professionals under 40 who have excelled in their careers, education, professional development, community leadership, and volunteer efforts.

This distinction is brought to the area by the Young Professionals Initiative (YPI) of Northwest Louisiana, a program of the Greater Shreveport Chamber. YPI exists to create a network of community leaders under 40 to enhance the development of Northwest Louisiana. One of these 40 honorees will receive the Young Professional of the Year Award at the 40 Under Forty Awards Gala on December 2, 2022, at Sam's Town Hotel & Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana.

I truly believe financial literacy is a launchpad for success not only in business but in life and should be taught at all levels," said Jody Bluitt. Over the last 15 years, the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 profiles Northwest Louisiana's outstanding entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and professionals in public, private, or non-profit sectors. Winners are chosen based on such values as achievement, experience and innovation, vision, leadership, and community involvement.

As a Wealth Advisor, Jody is fully-engaged in financial literacy and activism for underserved youth in the Shreveport-Bossier community. Jody is an active volunteer, donor, and judge for the Caddo Schools Amazing Shake Program, High School Volunteer for Junior Achievement, Southwood High School, Bossier High School, and Woodlawn High School.

Jody and his wife Ria started the New Mommy Brunch program for new mothers to bond, share personal stories and learn about post-partum depression and other challenges that women face after having a baby.
