The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Turning Point of Central California (“TPOCC”) with respect to their recent data breach. In May 2024, TPOCC became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, TPOCC immediately launched an investigation into the incident. After reviewing the impacted data gathered during the investigation, TPOCC started mailing notices to the affected individuals on August 30, 2024.
