Identiti Resources, LLC (“Identiti”), a national leader in signage, facility services, and brand implementation solutions, has announced the acquisition of Cummings Resources, LLC (“Cummings”), a respected full-service signage and branding firm headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., with a 115,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility in Dothan, Ala., and a satellite project management office in Knoxville, Tenn.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Identiti’s ongoing growth and advancement of its platform, representing the company’s second major acquisition since late 2024 and underscoring its momentum in serving national, multi-site brands. By increasing manufacturing capacity and strengthening its project management expertise, Identiti enhances its ability to deliver fully integrated, turnkey solutions, including brand implementation, construction services, and facility maintenance through a seamless, centralized approach that ensures consistency, performance, and reduced costs at scale.
