Skater Haters launches as an online clothing brand offering skateboarding and streetwear apparel for kids, teens, and adults. The company sells oversized sweatshirts, t-shirts, beanies, and gear, including backpacks, stickers, and phone cases. Each item is blazoned with the brand’s unique skateboard-themed logo.
The youth skateboard apparel company was started by the teenage son of SEO entrepreneur Damon Burton. Burton skateboarded as a teenager and shares a passion for supporting his son in skateboarding, both as a hobby and now for business as well. Burton encourages the interest in entrepreneurship, saying that with the launch of Skater Haters, his son has been “very excited to learn the real-life skills involved with building his own brand.”
Skater Haters branded hoodies and shirts help kids and teens upgrade their skateboarding drip. Skater Haters oversized skater shirts are the perfect fit for a street skating session or a day spent at the skatepark.
Burton aims not only to dress other young skateboarders but also to help build a stronger youth community. He wants to encourage teens to focus more time on improving their skills. “A lot of my friends want to fit in with other skaters and to learn more skateboarding tricks,” he said, “I want Skater Haters to help them do both.”
